We review core legal and clinical pages at least every 12 months, and immediately when relevant rules change. Each major page shows a "Last updated" date.
4. Honesty About Our Service
- We never claim everyone qualifies, that letters guarantee outcomes, or that registries carry legal weight.
- We clearly separate informational from promotional content.
- Testimonials reflect real experiences, lightly edited for length and privacy.

Spotted an error? Email care@psdletteronline.com with "Correction" in the subject line. Verified errors are corrected promptly.
6. Advertising & Conflicts
We do not accept sponsored posts or paid endorsements in our educational content. Our only revenue comes from the evaluation services on our pricing page.
